What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?
Bought a flat

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I didn't really make any this year. For next year I'm going to try and do more things that I really want to do, and that means doing things because I want to do them and not because it will make someone else happy. That sounds selfish, but I know what I mean in my head!

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Well one of my best friends had a wee baby boy, the friend is a guy though so it wasn't actually him who gave birth.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Thankfully, no.

5. What countries did you visit?
This year, shamefully, none!!!

6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
A contract that lasts more than 3 months.

7. What date from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
7th September- when i got the keys to my flat.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
buying the flat but also passing my driving test since it has taken me so many attmepts!

9. What was your biggest failure?
i don't feel that i have failed terribly at anything this year, apart from maybe knowing when to stop drinking on a couple of occassions...oops.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Injuring my coccyx when thrown across the room at a ceilidh. Couldn't walk for a couple of days!

11. What was the best thing you bought?
My flat!

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
K. Just for being herself.

13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
My producer.Grrrr.

14. Where did most of your money go?
again, the flat. That's a whole, whole lot of money.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Passing the driving test and getting the flat.

16. What song will always remind you of 2007?
i don't have a quintessential song this year.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you happier or sadder?
Happier

Fatter

In bank statment terms- much poorer!

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Travelling.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Drinking!

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
I spent it at home with the family doing family things. Much more relaxed this year though.

22. Did you fall in love in 2007?
Nope

23. How many one night stands?
None. Well there could have been one but then it went on for a few weeks.

24. What was your favourite TV programme?
Ugly Betty and probably Hollyoaks.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Not hate but very stongly dislike- yes.

26. What was the best book you read?
A Fortune Teller Told Me.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Hrmm, didn't really have time to keep up with music this year. Did find the original Gloria Jones version of Tainted Love though- great stuff.

28. What did you want and get?
A flat of my own.

29. What did you want and not get?
To move into it before New Year.

30. What was your favourite film of this year?
Do you know i only went to the cinema once in the whole year. God. I saw Harry Potter.

31. What did you do on your birthday?
Good question. I totally can't remember.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Being a more confident driver.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2006?
Schizophrenic as always.Jeans and t-shirt one day, smart skirt and shirt the next.

34. What kept you sane?
Probably myself for once-this is a good sign of becoming more self sufficient!

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Probably just Kate Moennig again, although L word Series 4 let me down on that front.

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Erm, really should get more invoved in politics i guess..

37. Who did you miss?
no one has left of gone away for a long time this year.

38. Who was the best new person you met? Lots of people at work. B & S from my old work and T from my new work.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2007.
To listen to that little voice that says I've had enough!
Also, don't do certain things just to make other people happy, only do them if they make me happy too.
