To Rhinolabs who signed my guestbook:

Hey just felt that i should react to the comment you left in my guestbook.

You very carefully quoted my own words to me but obviously either didn't see or chose to ignore a line in brackets from further down the paragraph which reads: (and don't get me wrong, there are plenty of actually open minded straight folk around, but i'm talking about the ones above).

In a way you kinda helped to make my point tho, that it's not nice to tar everyone with the same brush, even if only one person does it..and thats what was going on in my tutorial group.

It'd be great if there were more open minded people like yourself around but there weren't that day, which was my point.

I don't think what i said was ignorant,as i did acknowledge that not all people are the same, and i also acknowledged the fact that i was angry and ranting which, since it's my journal,i think i can do sometimes..and i don't do it very much.

I'm sorry if i offended you with what i said but thats how i was feeling that day,and yeah i am thinking too much, which is why i used those very words in the entry title.

And what you were saying about going to gay bars as a straight person..and how ridiculous what i was saying about straight people is...thats exaclty how gay people feel when they're stereotyped, and i'd be the first to know that it's not a nice feeling to be put in a box and have assumptions made about you on the basis of your sexuality. I wasn't trying to be anti-straight and i'm sorry that you read the entry that way.

I guess it just proves that whether you're gay or straight no one likes to be stereotyped, or percieve that that are being anyway, just becasue of their sexuality, and that was the point of the last entry.

So in a way,thanks i guess.
