I had lunch with a guy today.I went to school with him a long time ago..our parents still keep in touch..and i've been putting it off for about 6 months..but today we had lunch.

It was a very weird situation....if you were an outsider it would have looked like a first date..even from where i was stiing it looked like that..and that is NOT what it was!

He insisted on paying for lunch,ordering..he decided where we were going....it was too weird i tell you!

we didn't even have anything in common...even if i was interested in guys i probably wouldn't be interested in him...

At the end of it all he said.."maybe we could do this again sometime"....and i think i kinda nodded and said something along the lines of 'yeah that would be good'.'...why did i say that? God...so akward...i could see he was seeing it like a date situation...saying he'd introduce me to his friends in class and to go and sit with them tomorrow...God!why can't i just be out?why can't i just tell him he;s a nice guy...but i'm not interested in guys so he's wasting his time on me....

why do i get myself into these situations?
