So G gets married tomorrow and as it turns out i'm getting super excited about it! This is aided by the fact that it feels like last day of term in the office: it's sunny outside, people are chatting, many have gone off to work on a big well known music festival (gutted i'm not going this year but wedding comes first..!) and K came for lunch and coffee and we sat out on the roof terrace talking about our dresses and music and what a great time we're going to have tomorrow.
G just suits getting married as well- out of all of our friends he's definitely the one who should be getting hitched. He was excited talking about it on Tuesday night although playing it down in the typical G way- ' it's not big and expensive' 'the favours are pretty much from the pound shop' 'it's not a champagne reception- more like prosecco or cava reception really' and ' you guys should definitely bring your own booze and get really really drunk!' All of these things are what makes it most definitely his style of wedding and that's what will make it great.

I'd like to go home and just start getting ready for it now- a leisurely cycle home, put on some music, chill out in the sun on the balcony. The weekend should definitley begin now.

And the boy gets back on Monday night so all i have to do is manage to not drunkenly call him (for the 3rd time during his holiday) tomorrow night and be unable to really remember it in the morning.. I'm sure I can manage that..I'm sure...
