OK so we finally got a bed! slightly more pricey than we were expecting to pay, but boy was it worth it!

After a whole load of subway and streetcars rides we finally got to the house where the bed was at...and were met by a very nice,cute woman who showed us up to the bedroom where we saw a gorgeous kinda iron framed bed.I think she could tell we liked it and she a had a big smile on her face the whole time...she had advertised it for $75 more than we wanted to give her and she just smiled and said she would take our offer...so after eventually aranging a delivery guy who didn't understand enlglish and was a complete asshole, we went back to the house to collect the bed. This time we were met my the same cute woman...we went up to help with taking the bed apart and another woman came up to help, cute woman's partner :)..i was thinking how cool is this..out of all the beds we could have bought we get the one that is gorgeous and is being sold by a couple of cute dykes with a gorgeous house, nice smiles and who will swear at our delivery guy for us (which cute woman did,and it just sounded great)

We eventually got the bed home and set it up in our room...which just makes the place look complete and oh so much more comfortable!

Last night after some pretty nice spaghetti that levi made we went into our room and just lay on the bed,a luxury in itself.

I was writing in my paper diary for a while and when i turned round levi was sitting looking at me on the bed and she had lit loads of little candles all around the room...it was perfect :)

I think the bed is making me feel like i've finally arrived somewhere...without it everything felt too temporary...but it's made me realise that this IS the destination. This is what we've been talking about for 2 years.We're here.

and how fitting that we get a cute dyke's bed.
